When you say &quot;unrestrictive&quot; that rings like &quot;public domain&quot; in my ears, which is far &quot;less&quot; restrictive than free software licenses are.

On the other hand, when you say &quot;licensing&quot; that is in effect what we are doing with our software, so it all depends on what definition you&#039;re using.</description>
