I think it's pretty cheap now. It's the first Ratchet game on the PS3. We've had a total blast with it, and just picked up Crack in Time. I've gone and picked up most of the older Ratchet games. They're great. Same type of gameplay and story, just limited a bit by the graphics and tech of the ps2. I would go get Tools of Destruction if I were you. I think it's pretty cheap now.
